Capital Strategies (K) Ltd is a business training and consultancy firm established in 2006. The firm specializes in offering innovative sector-based solutions in training, business mentorship, monitoring and evaluation, and other business development services to smallholder farmers, MSMEs, and private sector organizations in the agriculture, manufacturing, and financial services sectors, among others.
Capital Strategies (K) Ltd supports individuals and organizations across Kenya and in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Somaliland, Seychelles, Mauritius, and Liberia.
To date, the firm has supported 1,258 MSMEs in various sectors to access about KES 445 million in finance, and supported 150 MSMEs in the clean tech sector to access about KES 50 million in debt financing through its through its business development services programme. Similarly, the firm has supported 78 cooperatives and group ranches in the livestock value chain to access about KES 134 million in financing.
